AME Restaurant
The AME Restaurant offers a fresh and authentic gastronomic experience, without losing sight of comfort. In the mornings, a complete à la carte breakfast prepares you for the day with energy and good flavor. Throughout the day, the snack menu brings together classics of popular Caribbean taste: juicy burgers, characterful tacos, light salads, and ceviches. All in a modern and relaxed atmosphere.
KITCHEN TYPE: Mexican and international snacks. Continental breakfast a la carte.
SCHEDULE: 08:00 AM – 06:00 PM, every day.
DRESS CODE: No dress code.
RESERVATION REQUIRED: No prior reservation is required.
We do not have standard options for celiacs or intolerances at this time; however, let us know in advance and we will gladly check if we can adapt any of our current preparations for you.

In Ame’s bar, located next to the rooftop pool, you can enjoy a selection of refreshing drinks designed to accompany your outdoor relaxation moments. The menu complements the sun deck experience and the lounge area with ideal options to relax under the tropical weather.
